Action? Before we even consider search and selection, we’ve got to agree on the REAL necessity of our actions.

In a slowly recovering and ageing market economy you need the right people. Especially technical trained professionals. And not a lot of bogus of recruiters.

This means we’ll do a quick scan of the relevant business context, using the SprOff Methodology. Result of this quick scan will be a set of relevant hard criteria ,e.g. formal training, experience, that potential candidates should meet. Apart from this, we’lll conduct a test of your organization and yourself. Result of this test will be a set of filtering parameters consisting of soft criteria for potential candidates. These criteria will constitute the basis of a customized test for all potential candidates. This new methodology is no fancy voodoo, it’s just a way for us -and therefore for you as well- to determine all necessary ins and outs.

After that, we’ll make sure that the right candidates are presented to you within 8 days.

But; who are the right candidates?

Firstly, we’ll filter potential candidates through applying all hard criteria, e.g. formal training, experience. Secondly, we’ll use the customized test to establish the soft criteria.

Potential candidates who survive both sets of parameters are considered to be the right candidates.

And these are the only ones we’ll present to you.
